Do you think if you knew how things would be ten years from now you could do things differently? Would you make more effort, or rather chill out and take things easy?
We all have different dreams, visions, and different paths. I guess the uncertainty of life is the beauty of it. Talk of a blessing in disguise. Huh!
When we listen to people we look up to or in other words our role models. Their stories of success have one thing in common. Which is? Yeah, you got that right. They all have humble beginnings that inspire us to see some rays of light at the end of the tunnel.
Always on the watch
Camp Bunduz is a hidden campsite in, Corner Baridi, Past Kiserian Town in Kajiado County, a place not far from the city yet far away from all the city noise owned by a young yet old in his game. It’s an ideal getaway for a camping adventure around Nairobi
Owning some famous and some of the best overland trucks and when he tells me that he started with a single land cruiser I am like, wait, what did you just say?
Rusty rides, Modern rides… depend on your preference
He is so humble, simple, and a cool guy when you walk past him in his own place you wouldn’t guess he is the CEO. Our guide for the day is Mr. Emil a very friendly guy with a sense of humor that will make my ride and walk really enjoyable. As I get inside the tracks, I am just in disbelief.
I bet you feel like pitching up your tent here or playing around here
The rusty ones just gave me the bushy vibe of adventure, like I just wanted to be in the wild inside that track heading for a wild camp far away. You think that’s all, you are wrong.
After the rusty ones, I went ahead to have a look at the new tracks, and OMG, those tracks are insanely cool. Makes me want to go on an international trip straight to South Africa (don’t ask why South Africa).
Camping grounds
The camping alarm
Now we went ahead to see the camping grounds. Along the way, I see an ostrich walking around and am like…what’s happening? They have a very female ostrich that loves people too.
While there, don’t fail to take a selfie with her The green grounds made me want to set up a picnic right away. I wouldn’t get the right words to describe the beauty of it.
You see how people have to hire tents while planning for camping.
Camp Bundu has all that sorted out, they have their tents at a fee and even set up the tent for you at no cost at all. My people, what else do you want?
The gist is not over, they have cooks who can cook for you during your stay with the menu of your choice for a very very affordable price.
