Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
Your adventure begins with a 2hr drive from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, towards the great Rift valley with a stop over at view point 2700m to take some pictures to arrive at Nakuru for hot lunch.
Afternoon game drive to spot many wildlife including Rhinos and roth child Giraffe. You’ll encounter diverse wildlife, including rhinos and Rothschild giraffes. Capture the beauty of the Great Rift Valley at a scenic viewpoint before indulging in an afternoon game drive.
Overnight stay at Lanet Mat Farm.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
After breakfast, travel to Masai Mara, a wildlife haven known for its rich diversity. Enjoy an optional boat ride in Lake Naivasha, observing birds and hippos.
Immerse yourself in the traditional dances of the Masai Village before a rewarding dinner and overnight stay at Goshen Mara Camp.
Day 3 and 4: Full-Day Masai Mara Game Drive
Experience exhilarating full-day game drives in Masai Mara, home to the Big Five and a wealth of wildlife. Marvel at the spectacle of nature while picnicking by the Mara River, surrounded by crocodiles and hippos.
Return to Goshen Mara Camp for a comfortable evening.
Day 5: Masai Mara – Serengeti
Early morning breakfast before you depart for the short game drive en route to the border of Kenya and Tanzania at Isebania which is about 200 km away from Masai Mara taking about 3 hours drive. Arrive there in good time for you to buy the Tanzania visas taking about 40 minutes time.
Then you will change the car from a Kenya safari van to Tanzania 4 x4 Land Cruiser with a Tanzania safari guide to proceed further to Serengeti where you arrive with a short game to the campsite for dinner and overnight at Seronera campsite.
Day 6 and 7: Serengeti Game Drive
Uncover the vastness of Serengeti National Park, a treasure trove of wildlife. Engage in thrilling game drives, observe the Great Migration, and embrace the park’s undeniable charm. Savor picnic lunches and return to Seronera Campsite for relaxation.
Day 8: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Explore Serengeti in the morning before departing for Ngorongoro. Arrive at Simba Campsite, perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, and admire the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley.
Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game drives, encountering the Big Five and an array of wildlife. Savor a picnic lunch within this natural wonder before returning to Simba Campsite.
Day 10: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara
Journey to Lake Manyara and enjoy lunch at a scenic picnic site.
Explore Lake Manyara’s abundant wildlife and unwind at Panorama Campsite.
Day 11: Lake Manyara – Tarangire
Experience Tarangire National Park’s vibrant ecosystem during an afternoon game drive.
Rest and rejuvenate at Fanaka Lodge or Panorama Campsite.
Day 12: Tarangire – Arusha
Breakfast will be served after which you will conclude your adventure with a drop off at Arusha Airport, for your journey home reflecting on the mesmerizing landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters of your Kenya and Tanzania Safari.
