Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
- At 0700 hrs, pick up guests at their residence, guests will be met and assisted by our driver-guide, driving to the Aberdares region (Approx transit time: 2.5 hrs), a beautiful mountain range in the central highlands of Kenya.
- Arrive in time for lunch at The Aberdare Country Club where you will be assisted with the check-in formalities. The Aberdare Country Club is on a 1,300-acre wildlife sanctuary. It is a haven of unhurried charm set in a garden bursting with a profusion of color and with peacocks living with the lush green lawns. Walking through this unspoiled terrain is paradise.
- Play a round of golf, watched by a family of warthogs, play tennis or just relax by the pool within the beautiful gardens.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Aberdare Country Club
Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Full Day at Aberdare National Park
- Breakfast at the club followed by a morning game drive in Aberdare National Park.
- Later return to the club for lunch or leisure at the club.
- After lunch, depart to The Ark Lodge using the lodge vehicle. The Ark is located at 1800 meters above sea level on the Aberdare Ranges, situated in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, iconic and yet quickly, overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. The Ark is comprised of four decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide a superb location for wildlife to be seen.
- In the afternoon, proceed for a 2hrs guided nature trail in Aberdare National Park, returning in time for dinner and overnight stay at The Ark Lodge

Day 3: Aberdare to Nairobi
- Have breakfast, check out of the lodge, and then proceed to The Aberdare Country Club, guests can opt to swim at the club’s pool, use the gym, relax around the property, or even do self-sponsored activities before departing for Nairobi at noon. Or visit Solio Sanctuary, the home of the white and black rhino
- Guest can also have lunch (self-sponsored) here and then depart by 1400hrs.
