9:30 AM: Pick up from your city hotel and embark on a comfortable transfer to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Orphanage. Our professional English-speaking driver-guide will ensure a pleasant journey.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Arrive at the elephant orphanage during the feeding time of the adorable elephant calves. Get an up-close experience as you witness their feeding routine and even have the chance to feed them yourself. Learn about the rescue and rehabilitation efforts undertaken by the trust to protect these majestic animals.

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Notes & Pre-Booking Requirements
- The public visit to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust takes place every day, except 25th December, from 11 am to 12 noon. During this time, visitors with a confirmed booking are welcome to join the trust for an unforgettable hour with the Nursery herd.
- Funds from your visit help support the rescue and rehabilitation of the orphaned elephants in our care.
- Access to the Nursery is strictly by booking only. Guests are encouraged to reserve their slots early, as they have limited daily capacity.
- Bookings are accepted for visits that will take place within the next three (3) months. If you wish to book a date that is more than three months from today, consider setting yourself a reminder to contact us nearer the time of your intended visit.
- It is not possible to make same-day bookings and we ask that you do not come to the orphanage unless you have a confirmed booking.
